TreVita is a fast-growing health and wellness company and premier Medical Tourism Concierge that helps American patients obtain high-quality, safe, and affordable elective surgery in Tijuana, Mexico. We are leading the industry with our highly personalized, exceptional patient experience and hands-on screening process for our board certified surgeons and state of the art surgical facilities.

We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designe r will be responsible for creating and implementing effective paid media creative, email templates, web and landing pages as well as the occasional need for one-off visual designs as TreVita expands our service offerings.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in building out TreVita's web design and interface, including the integration of new verticals as the company grows.
• Help bring the TreVita brand visually to life and will be accountable for hands-on design and art direction.
• Lead the day-to-day concepting, development, and production of marketing creative.
• Elevate visual storytelling across a range of digital and print media: Craft engaging and impactful visual communications that align with project objectives, are appropriately styled for various channels and mediums, resonate with target audience, and provide a consistent experience.
• Partner with content strategist & copywriters throughout the creative process to develop strategic, cohesive, and compelling messaging that aligns seamlessly with visual elements and resonates effectively with target audiences.
• Conceptualize, design, present, and execute new ideas while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Communicate regularly and engage in relevant status meetings to prioritize and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Create assets that span social, paid, email, web and other media with direction from Marketing Director.
• Take ownership of reviewing the finished product for quality and make adjustments based on feedback.
• Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors, images, etc.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Strong foundation in the principles of design and typography
• Highly motivated, resourceful self-starter who learns quicky and thrives in a fast-paced environment to deliver a wide scope of creative asks from concept to execution
• Skilled in art and copy direction, working collaboratively on compelling campaign concepts with photographers, videographers, motion designers, copywriters, and other creative specialists
• Thoughtful, resourceful, and adaptive self-starter who is comfortable working alone AND within a collaborative team environment
• Ability to communicate ideas to a wide variety of stakeholders, lead discussions and creative activities, and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, related field required .
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional role relating to Marketing, Graphic Design or Advertising required .
• Willing to submit a design portfolio required .
• Previous experience with WordPress Preferred is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in the health and wellness industry is highly preferred.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $56,000.00 to $68,000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
