Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and make edits to for Health Benefit Program operational changes for all publications, including form, mailers, pattern letters, etc.
  • Preparing hiring packages, developing tracking mechanism to support hiring effort by phase for postal, supporting the hiring manager in managing their hiring effort - drafting scripts, contacting candidates to schedule interviews, finalizing hiring schedules, documenting candidates and scores by phase
  • Develop program office management and SMEs with high level workflows, project management plan, and project presentations
  • Attend client enterprise meetings and provide meeting minutes and action items
  • Assist Program Office and Enterprise office with agile project activities i.e. Scrum, Sprints, Backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Support Program Office management and SMEs with the acquisition process, cost estimates and associated documents
  • Writes project requirements related to business functions, performance, quality, cost, and schedule to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Assemble information, perform data analysis, and support the creation of presentation materials to explain project status.
  • Perform budget analysis for resource management planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of Federal HR with an emphasis on employee benefits.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Scrum or Lean Agile (e.g. - Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or equivalent)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in qualitative and quantitative discipline e.g., Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Operations Research
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • 1 years of relevant work experience in management & strategy consulting
  • At least 2 years relevant business analyst experience, integrating multiple data sources and drawing high-level, actionable conclusions.
  • Good command of MS Office products to include excellent ability to work with formulas and create graphical data within MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to facilitate customer requirements-gathering sessions
  • Strong ability to translate data into clear written, verbal and presentation/communication
  • Independent critical thinking skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-oriented personality
  • Takes initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
