Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Solar Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales with homeowners interested in solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess homeowners' energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.

- Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
