Plant Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality storage rack products while maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Duties:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and quality standards
- Manage plant operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff to optimize performance and productivity
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to maximize operational effectiveness

Skills:
-Experience with roll-forming, robotic welding and powder coating equipment a must.

- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong background in production planning and scheduling
- Ability to fabricate strategies for operational success
- Experience in quality control processes and procedures
- Proven track record in plant management and operations management
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in plant management and operations
- Strong background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in process improvement
- Ability to oversee manufacturing processes and implement robotic programming
- Familiarity with supply chain analytics and quality control processes
