Construction Association is seeking a new LONG-TERM, RELIABLE team member to fill a part-time position in our small, busy office environment. We are seeking a motivated and focused candidate who exhibits solid communication skills, is positive and professional, excels in working with people but also has the ability to work alone. Excellent organization skills, accurate data entry, keen situational awareness, ability to learn and adapt quickly and critical thinking skills are essential.

Candidate is responsible for maintaining the immediate entry of project information into industry specific software – specifically creating new projects, maintaining accurate data regarding all aspects of the project, managing addenda, upload/download information for the Virtual Plan Room online, ensuring accuracy, acting upon online document sales and print requests as required. Responding to member inquiries and promoting membership to prospective members over the phone or in person.

Strong computer and software skills required. Adobe Acrobat experience a plus. No degree is required but any higher education beyond high school will be looked upon favorably. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hours 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday

$17.25-$18/hr. DOQ
