We're looking for someone experienced with watersports and is enthusiastic about all things powersports. The right individual is particular about details and ensures that they are doing the job correctly and thoroughly.

Qualifications:
- Inventory management experience
- Retail sales background
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in stocking and order fulfillment
- Experience with motorcycle parts is a plus

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing powersports parts
- Utilize POS system to process sales transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and conducting regular counts
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Fulfill orders promptly and accurately to meet customer needs

The Parts and Retail Associate assists customers in finding parts and accessories for motorcycles, side-by-sides, atvs, waverunners, boats, dirt bikes, etc. of all makes and models.

Pay is structured with base pay at $16 per hour with commission on top! Our parts associates typically make around $22 an hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
