Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters and schematics
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when needed

Skills:

- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with residents or tenants
- Welding skills for repairs and fabrication work
- Experience in supervising maintenance staff
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques
- Leadership qualities to guide maintenance projects efficiently
