MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION.

Floaters would be available on an as needed basis.

The floating make be able to work in one of the three roles :

• Provider
• Home Health Aide
• Work in a Group Home

Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following :

• Bath
• Meal Preparation
• Oral Hygiene
• Shampoos
• Changing Bed linen
• Assisting patients with dressing and undressing
• Skin Care to prevent breakdown

CNA preferred.
