The ideal team member is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. A Key Account Manager/ Customer Service Specialist oversees and coordinates all customer needs in the organization including processing customer orders, managing all new product lines including Bill of Material (BOM) creation, and daily communication with the Tri-Pac operation teams
