Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support users during their JDEdwards ERP Eone 9.2 implementation, specifically focusing on the Sales and Distribution module. As a key member of the implementation team, you will play a crucial role in both the post-go-live support phase and in customizing the system to enhance daily workflows. This position requires a blend of functional expertise in JDEdwards ERP and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users both locally and in remote locations.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation Support: Actively contribute to the JDEdwards Eone 9.2 implementation, providing hands-on support to ensure a successful rollout of the Sales and Distribution module.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Offer ongoing support to users after the system goes live, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Sales and Distribution processes.
• Customization and Improvement: Work on system customizations to refine and optimize daily workflows. Develop solutions to meet the specific needs of users and improve overall system efficiency.
• User Collaboration: Engage with users both on-site and remotely to understand their requirements, provide training, and offer support throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Functional Expertise: Leverage your strong background in the Sales and Distribution module to provide in-depth functional knowledge and support. Key areas of expertise include:
• Advanced Pricing
• Sales Order Management
• Inventory
• Warehousing
• Demand Planning
• Demand Scheduling
• Integration with Manufacturing Modules: Apply your experience in the manufacturing industry to integrate Distribution Applications with manufacturing modules such as MRP, Shop Floor, and Manufacturing Accounting.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct thorough requirement gathering and needs analysis to document process improvements and user requirements.
• Documentation and Training: Develop detailed documentation and provide training to users to ensure they are proficient with the new system and any customizations implemented.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with users, stakeholders, and team members. Ensure that all parties are well-informed and engaged throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience working with JDEdwards ERP Eone 9.2, with a strong focus on the Sales and Distribution module.
• Industry Background: Background in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred, as this role involves integrating Distribution Applications with manufacturing modules.
• Skills: Exceptional skills in requirement gathering, needs analysis, process improvement documentation, and user training and support.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users and stakeholders.
