Tri-Starr Services of Pennsylvania Inc is Hiring a Key Account Manager Near Lancaster, PA

Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for client management and sales? Join our client's team as a Key Account Manager and lead top-tier account management, inside sales, and customer service for this well-established IT firm in Lancaster. Ensure client satisfaction and retention while conducting quarterly business reviews and driving dollar retention. Your role will encompass promoting their company culture, providing a 5-star customer experience, and collaborating across departments to meet company objectives.

Expectations:

  • Embrace and promote our vision, mission, and core values.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Adhere to all company systems, processes, and policies.
  • Utilize CRM and quoting software effectively.
  • Work independently, stay productive, and be proactive.
  • Participate in industry training and represent the company at events.
  • Facilitate new customer onboardings and act as a liaison for client accounts.
  • Conduct business reviews and manage client technology budgeting.
  • Provide general client support and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities, and meet inside sales quotas.
  • Engage in consultative selling and present solutions to clients.
  • Recommend product and service improvements.
  • Contribute to strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and technology experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years in client account management.
  • Strong business acumen and client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
  • Proven success in a quota-driven sales environment.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65-80k (Salaried Exempt Commissions)
  • Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, with special events, weekends, and evenings as needed.
  • Eligibility for work-from-home up to 3 days/week after 90 days, with a flexible schedule option.
