Tri-State Mechanical - Heating & Colling, LLC. is Hiring a Project Manager Near Cincinnati, OH
Responsible for:
- Reviewing and marking up contracts. (owner to sign contract)
- Issuing PO's performing project buyout.
- Sending COR's and creating a COR log.
- Prepare equipment submittals and equipment release coordinated with the foreman.
- Reviewing the project schedule to provide the proper manpower and getting equipment to the project as required.
- Preparing and tracking change orders, submittals, & RFIs logs.
- Supporting the foreman on daily issues that arise.
- Coordinating manpower to the projects.
- Submit monthly Billings.
- Assist the Foreman in material and hanger purchases.
- Approve weekly time for payroll.
- Perform jobsite visits weekly.
- Attend project site meetings weekly.
- Perform site visits to check for QA/QC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
