· Answering phones

· Obtaining sales from incoming calls.

· Scheduling clients for company services.

· Phone assistance to customers and company technicians.

· Filing client and company information.

· Computer data input for new and existing clients.

Job Description: Tri-State Pest Management, Inc. is a locally owned pest control company serving: Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Currently, we are seeking candidates for the position of Scheduling Coordinator. Scheduling Coordinator is an office position with varying hours (typically regular business hours), with alternating half-day Saturdays. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, scheduling clients for service, customer data input, and certain office administrative responsibilities.

Preferred requirements:

· Routing experience

· Customer service experience

· Sales experience

· Computer proficiency

. Ability to learn company software system.

· Multitasking

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
