Tria Orthopedics is Hiring a Surgery Coordinator Near Woodbury, MN
Position SummaryProvides administrative support to surgeons by scheduling patient surgeries and performing other administrative tasks that support our patients. Returns calls in a timely manner and ensures that each encounter provides an over-the-top experience. Independently completes tasks, but also works closely with their care team in the clinic setting.
Secures necessary patient information relating to the scheduling and/or processing of surgical procedures. Schedules surgeries and performs required procedures including documentation. Complies with all applicable state and federal regulations. Coordinates information provided for business services functions including CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- 2 or more years related experience in a health care environment.
- Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
- NA
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Medical terminology and CPT-4 coding knowledge required.
- The incumbent must be able to proficiently operate the following: Typewriter or Word Processor, CRT, Printer, Telephone, Photocopier, Fax Machine, and 10-key Calculator.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Detail oriented individual with strong human relation and organizational skills.
