Triad Bank is looking to hire a Personal Banker.

This is a fulltime position, Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. No Saturdays!

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of recent banking experience required
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Present a professional image
  • Knowledge of safe deposit admissions
  • Communicate and cooperate with others (internal and external) to produce needed outcomes and meet goals.
  • Skillful at establishing priorities and channeling efforts productively
  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment, and good judgment
  • Ability to be well organized in an environment of diverse responsibilities
  • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages

Primary Job Duties :

  • Understand all Bank Deposit Products
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Assist customers with specific requests, including but not limited to :
  • Stop Payments
  • Online banking - setting up, unlocking, Bill Pay and Message Center requests.
  • Account Questions
  • Transfers
  • Wires
  • Address Changes
  • Check Orders
  • Statements
  • Notary
  • Cashier's checks
  • Debit Cards
  • Opening / Closing accounts :
  • Personal and Business Checking and Money Markets
  • Personal Savings
  • CD's
  • Safe Deposit Boxes
  • Teller, New Account, Loan checkback
  • Scanning documentation for accounts into database
  • Assist officers with requests - including but not limited to : Customer Service and New Accounts
  • Fraud

Secondary Job Duties :

  • Back up Teller
  • Assist with customer needs - cashing checks, deposits, cashier's checks, SDB admissions
  • As needed
  • Night Drop, Bank by Mail
  • Scan Teller Work
  • Assist with Balancing the Vault and ATM
  • Receptionist Duties :
  • Greet Customers
  • Order Supplies
  • Mail :
  • Organize and distribute.
  • Arrange for courier service, as needed.
  • Deliver dropped off paperwork.
  • Keep postage machine balance.
  • In addition, any request deemed necessary by the Lobby Manager to assist with the department.
