Job Description: Triad Cleaning Crew is seeking a reliable and experienced Custodial Supervisor to oversee our custodial team at a school facility. As the Custodial Supervisor, you will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and that the facility remains clean and safe for students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure effective and efficient cleaning operations.
• Perform routine janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting as needed.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards.
• Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
• Address any custodial issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the school location.
• Must pass a background check.
