Job Description: Triad Cleaning Crew is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of a school facility during daytime hours. This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule, ensuring a stable and consistent work routine.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine janitorial and custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Respond to cleaning emergencies and spills promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the school location.
• Must pass a background check.
