The Account Coordinator will provide overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives. The position encompasses administration, project tracking duties, research and handling budgets. Duties of an Account Coordinator include composing client correspondence, creating presentations and maintaining contact lists. They must also pitch ideas, develop strategies and demonstrate out of the box problem-solving abilities to address client issues.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an Account Coordinator or similarly structured position.
- Proficient in Excel VLOOKUP, sum if, the basics of pivot tables, how to filter, sort, find and replace
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Manufacturing experience a plus
