We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities/Custodial Services Supervisor to support our company's daily operations in a hospitality facility in Bluffton, SC. The Facilities/Custodial Services Supervisor will be responsible for operations management, strategic planning, process improvement, nightly cleaning, as well as building and maintaining customer and employee relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a minimum of 2 years experience in facilities and janitorial services and hospitality, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency. Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays. Bilingual is preferred (spanish and english).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned facility in Bluffton, SC.

- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

- Implement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Gather feedback from customers and employees to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to all employees within the facility.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.

- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

- Address operational challenges and issues as they arise, employing effective problem-solving techniques.

- Implement solutions to prevent future issues and improve overall efficiency.

- Make informed decisions to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.

- Monitor expenses and budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to standards and procedures.

Other duties may be assigned

This is a working supervisor position, the supervisor will also be required to perform cleaning duties alongside the night cleaning team.
