Position Title: Project/Business Analyst II
Position Overview:
The Project/Business Analyst II will support the JCDC Planning Office in analyzing data, conducting research, and providing valuable insights to facilitate program planning and decision-making. This position will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, assess program needs, and contribute to the successful execution of program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to support program planning and execution.
2. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for program improvement
3. Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with program objectives.
4. Assist in the identification and mitigation of program risks and issues, and contribute to the development of risk management strategies.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
6. Participate in meetings, workshops, and working groups to gather input, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus on program-related matters.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate program activities and ensure alignment with program goals and priorities.
8. Provide support to senior analysts and project managers as needed, including conducting background research, preparing meeting materials, and documenting meeting minutes.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant policies and regulations related to program management and analysis.
10. Contribute to the development and improvement of business processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
