Job DescriptionCome join a growing, winning team in Triangle's HVAC department! We are seeking a HVAC Installation Manager. Residential and light commercial focus.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers, assess needs and generate proposals
- Close deals, plan, execute installation activities
- Manage installation crews
- Coordinate with HVAC Service manager and service department to provide full customer support
- Maintain safe and clean work environments
- Assist and lead in marketing initiatives including traditional and digital platforms
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must excel in customer service
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to understand project financial data and cost forecasting
- Self motivated and organized
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
