Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Installer for residential projects in Cherry Hill, NJ, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and doors at residential sites to high-quality standards
- Work closely with project managers to complete projects on time
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in residential window and door installation
- License: NJ business license (required for Crew Leads; applicants from PA or DE must also have an NJ business license)
- Certification: Lead certification required
- Tools: Must have all tools needed for the job
- Vehicle: Any vehicle type; windows will be delivered to the site
- Additional: Ladder access is helpful but not required
Compensation:
- Weekly Earnings: $2,000 - $3,000 based on scope of work and crew size
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
Job Details:
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, optional Saturday work
- Crew Size: 1 Lead (helpers are a plus)
