Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of remodeling tasks and be able to perform installations efficiently and to a high standard. This role involves piecework, specifically in regards to bathroom installations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installations for various remodeling projects, including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, and other home renovation tasks.
• Conduct piecework for bathroom installations, ensuring quality and precision in every project.
• Install fixtures, fittings, and other components as required by project specifications.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions to complete projects accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are used safely and appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Remodeling Installer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Expertise in bathroom installations, with the ability to perform piecework.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
