TriBeCa Hospitality Group is Hiring a Host Near New York, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive each shift with a positive attitude, prepared to work and learn.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our reservation systems, policies, and restaurant hours.
- Efficiently check-in guests, update wait lists, and escort customers to their tables.
- Provide coat check assistance and perform regular table/restroom checks.
- Communicate with management regarding any seating delays or guest issues.
- Assist other restaurant stations as requested by leadership.
- Build relationships with regular guests and industry community members.
- 3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with reservations systems, Sevenrooms preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
