Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Track and report on social media metrics and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with other organizational campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Degree in Marketing, New Media, or relevant field is a plus.
