Responsibilities:

Participate aggressively and positively in the Tribine Harvester Team while being directly responsible for the following business functions:

Accounting – All Areas:

• Chart of accounts and software Global shop for Tribine Harvester LLC
• Costs – track and compare to budget
• Product weight/product cost tracking and reporting
• Part number accounting
• Payroll
• General ledger
• Interface with outside accountants, Reed and Co... on chart of accounts and monthly statements
• Payables
• Receivables
• Banking, local

Personnel

• Set up with Humana and administer Health Insurance Program and claims
• Maintain confidential personnel files

Purchasing

• Maintain vendor files
• Handle OEM and credit approvals, maintain our credit references and good rating
• Place approved purchase orders and expedite when necessary
• Handle freight and UPS

Office

• Greeting people as they come in the door and directing them to correct contact
• Appearance, supervise cleaning and maintenance
• Break room and office supplies

Salary & Benefits

• $70,000-$90,000. Salary commensurate with qualifications
• Health insurance from day one
• Retirement plan after one year of continuous employment
