Finance Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us continue our
tradition of excellence.
Job Summary: The Finance Administrative Assistant will be responsible for
managing all financial aspects of the company, including accounts payable
and receivable, vendor payments, payroll processing, and acting as the
primary point of contact for vendors and subcontractors. The ideal candidate
will have a background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the
ability to handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Vendor Payments: Oversee vendor payments, ensuring all payments are made on time and in accordance with contract terms.
- Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Vendor/Subcontractor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors and subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Administrative Tasks: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the company.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in a finance or accounting role, construction industry experience helpful but not required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
