Responsibilities:

  • Focus on client service and retention with strong attention to details
  • Cultivate close relationships with insurance carriers to enhance client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate client documentation in Applied Systems EPIC Data Management system
  • Evaluate, manage, and work with Producer on new and existing accounts
  • Facilitate application processes and recommend coverage upgrades
  • Actively promote TRICOR within the community
