Responsibilities:
- Focus on client service and retention with strong attention to details
- Cultivate close relationships with insurance carriers to enhance client outcomes
- Maintain accurate client documentation in Applied Systems EPIC Data Management system
- Evaluate, manage, and work with Producer on new and existing accounts
- Facilitate application processes and recommend coverage upgrades
- Actively promote TRICOR within the community
