Job summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Data Engineer with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 9 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Collibra and ANSISQL, with additional experience in AWS being a plus.
• This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business needs.
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks using Collibra.
• Utilize ANSISQL to query databases and extract meaningful insights.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various business processes.
• Work closely with IT teams to implement and test new systems and solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper adoption of new systems and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and queries.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and goals by providing data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrate expertise in Collibra for data governance and management.
• Have proficiency in ANSISQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Show experience with AWS is a plus, enhancing cloud-based data solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Possess a strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles.
