Job Description
We are seeking an accountant to assist us in the day-to-day accounting process.
Prior experience with NetSuite is required. CPA is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile bank/credit card statements
- Record journal entries
- Post payments to Accounts Receivables
- Process Accounts Payables
- Assist in monthly close-out
Experience/Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Solid understanding of basic accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills
- Experience with and proficiency in NetSuite
Work Schedule:
This position is on-site in Huntsville, Alabama during standard business hours. No travel is typically required. Not typically required to work weekends.
Salary:
- $50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience
