Shipping and Receiving Roles -Direct Hire Positions on 1st shift with Full Benefits and Annual Bonus

Pay Rate Starts between $19-$21.00hr based on experience.

Full time 1st Shift - Monday thru Friday 7am -5:30pm and rotating Saturday 2x a month 8am -1pm. Location: Pooler, GA

Summary: The Warehouse Associates, Packers and Pickers working in the Shipping and Rec. Department may perform a variety of tasks based on your level of skill set. These positions require physical general labor of lifting up to 50lbs throughout the shift, utilizing an electric pallet jack or sit down or stand up forklift. Standing for long periods of time on a very high volume production floor.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt, hourly role. Hourly rates start at $19.00$21.00hr DOE plus Over Time (paid at 1.5x), plus Bonuses. Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $51,900 and $68,300 or more, depending on experience, overtime hours worked and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Read shipping orders to determine quantity and type of transportation needed.
• Lift up to 50lbs throughout your shift.
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activities.
• Collect all documentation for outboard freight and route to the proper record keeping unit.
• Pick orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, Stand up and Sit Down, pallet jacks and more safely and efficiently.
• Utilize a tablet
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
• Keep an equipment checklist and perform preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• 3 years of Warehouse experience
• 3 years of experience operating a sit down or stand up Forklift or pallet jack.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet a plus
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
