Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, computer networking, and software troubleshooting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide essential technical assistance to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records of IT support activities
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in VPN, TCP/IP, SCCM, Windows Server, and computer management
- Strong knowledge of help desk operations and IT support best practices
- Experience with software troubleshooting and computer networking
- Familiarity with office productivity software and tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
