Job Responsibilities Include :
- Provide Excellent Guest Service
- Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Organizing of Meat Department Prep Room and Equipment
- Follow all Sanitation, Cleaning, and Food Safety Standards
- Using Various Sanitizing Chemical Mixtures, Hoses, and other Cleaning Applications for Proper Sanitation of the Meat Department Prep Room
- Ensure all Equipment is Ready for Next Day Use According to All Food Code Standards and Policies
- Cleaning Equipment and Gear Provided
- Must be Available in the Evenings
- Must be 18 years of age
