Trigo is seeking a full time Traveling Technician in the Davenport IA area.

**MUST BE BASED NEAR OR AROUND Davenport IA **

Shift Hours 5:30am to 2:00pm M-F

Provides mechanical services such as inspection

Travel expenses will be provided

Supports and contributes to the company Quality Policies and QMS

This position will report to the local Site Manager/Regional Manager

Responsibilities

Duties

• The Quality Containment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all parts meet client's final inspection and documenting any findings, pass or fail.
• Responsibilities of a Quality Containment Specialist includes:
• Performs containment activities on suspect or non-conforming materials
• Documentation of defects & Compile data and draft reports
• Work in conjugation with Quality Engineer to ensure all processes and procedures are followed
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Technical Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of measuring equipment, Calipers, go no go, thread, and pin gauging.
• Good with customers/clients
• Must be flexible with changing work dynamics (process changes ect.)

Organization

• Assist in ensuring department goals and objectives are met
• Promote workplace improvements and development
