Job Description
- Setup and document tooling and safe practices for Ermak and Amada Press Brakes.
- Verify accuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances of bends and machine functions.
- The ability to read and work from drawings & specifications
- Operator will be required to maintain accurate parts and motivation on routine repetitive jobs.
- In process checks will be required by the operator to maintain all required tolerances and quality.
- De-burring of parts as required per special jobs
- Work to standard and precision fabrication tolerances
- Sheet Metal materials: Steel, Aluminum & Stainless Steel
