Our client is a large well established General Contractor who covers many facets of construction. National projects include : Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Industrial, Healthcare, Entertainment, Athletic, Higher Education.

• Duties: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of field personnel and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of the project with Project and Operations Managers.
• Monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct safety deficiencies.
• Conduct weekly "Toolbox Talks" and maintain all associated reports.
• Create and accurately maintain cost/labor reports, maintain field P.O.'s and rental logs.

• Qualifications: 8 years of large commercial or industrial on-site management experience
• Good mix of ground-up and large renovation/expansion build exp
• Pharmaceutical, Tech/Data Center, Industrial Manufacturing facility or food production facility build experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to coordinate all subcontractor and materials.
• Maintain timelines and schedules
• MUST have leadership experience, ability to effectively problem solve, and adaptable to change
• ProCore, Bluebeam and Outlook experience are must haves
• P6 and Viewpoint Vista are a bonus

This is a Direct Hire role! Our client offers a full benefit package, generous PTO as well as a discretionary bonus.

This will be a local role with out travel.
