Trillium Construction is hiring for a Senior Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of a new biogas facility in Longview, WA. This is a full-time, long-term position with projects afterward. Annual salary is between $175,000 - $200,000 , with benefits and a travel package.

Duties:

• Lead and manage construction activities at various industrial project sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among all project team members.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Mentor and coach junior superintendents and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Review and approve project budgets, change orders, and subcontractor invoices, ensuring financial accountability and project profitability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 15 years of experience in the construction field, preferably coming from an industrial background (oil & gas, chemical processing plants, food processing plants, agricultural etc.)
• Must be proficient in P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Timberline, and -MS Office programs
• Must be familiar with industrial MEP, tanks, pumps, etc.
• Must be able to read blueprints, update schedules
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
• Must be able to travel extensively
