We are hiring an Outside Salesperson focused on Trillium Flow Technologies pump repair, service and upgrade capabilities in the Gulf Coast area markets, with a focus on securing repairs and full rebuilds for centrifugal pumps, building relationships with customers in the midstream, downstream, and petrochemical industries. Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and how the repair industry works compared to new OE sales is a must. Understanding of machine shop capabilities and machining a plus.
Trillium Flow Technologies is a Pump and Valve OEM. The pump brand names associated are Floway, Roto-Jet, Gabbionetta and Termomeccania.
Primary responsibilities will include:

• Increase business in the Gulf Coast are market through direct sales with existing new customers.
• Develops robust relationships with new and existing customers in the midstream, downstream, and petrochemical markets to build sustainable business.
• Increase business to bring opportunities to the Trillium service/repair facility in Deer Park TX.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve territory objectives for services and repairs.
• Develops and manages sales forecast and quota for territory.
• Provides training, and performance evaluations to develop and manage sales plans.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, customers and key strategic partners.
• Through an effective Customer Relationship Management plan, meets with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating/closing deals.
• Provides market intelligence for product research and development.

Successful candidates will posses the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience in pump repair and service within targeted industry and a demonstrated track record in developing new customers.
• Preferred to have sales experience in engineered pumps and vertical.
• Knowledge and experience in the midstream and downstream oil and gas and petrochemical markets preferred.
• Understanding of the difference between service and repair industry sales compared to new equipment sales preferred.
