Experienced Process Technician needed in Kaukauna, WI!

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Process Technician to add to our client's growing manufacturing team in Kaukauna, WI!

The Process Technician will be responsible for completing machine changeovers and setups for new production runs, making all necessary machine adjustments, quality control, troubleshooting machine issues, training operators and line assistants, and ensuring all equipment is running at maximum performance during your assigned shift. Additional duties such as material handling and general machine maintenance will be requested as needed.

Training for this position typically takes 3-6 months and will be conducted on the standard 1st shift schedule.

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity with potential for immediate direct hire based on experience. Starting wage ranges based on experience, $20-24 per hour.

Our client currently has openings all shifts, the standard shifts are as follows:
1st: Monday - Friday 7:00am -3:00pm
2nd: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
3rd: Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am

Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of Machine Operator or Process Technician experience required.
* Plastics industry experience required.
* Plastics, Blown Film. Injection Mold, or Extrusion operator experience highly preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude, required
* Firm experience completing machine set-ups and changeovers.
* Experience training new hires, preferred.
