Trillium Staffing is Hiring a Press Brake Operator Near Dallas, TX
We have 1st shift availability: The schedule is Monday - Friday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Starting pay is $22.00-$25.00/hr depending on experience level.
Job Responsibilities:
-Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material
-Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers
-Set stops on machine beds, change dies, and adjust components, such as rams or power presses, when making multiple or successive passes.
-Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerances.
-Adjust ram strokes of presses to specified lengths, using hand tools.
-Clean and lubricate machines.
-Move/transport work pieces weighing 50lbs or greater.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Manufacturing environment
-Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience setting up/operating either Amada, Cincinnati, or Trumpf press brake machines.
-Experience using precision measuring instruments
-Ability to pass pre-employment tests & screenings.
