Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Engineer for direct-hire in Durham, NC!

Our client is a large well established General Contractor who covers many facets of construction. National projects include: Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Industrial, Healthcare, Entertainment, Athletic, Higher Education and Pharmaceutical builds. They are having large growth in the Durham area and they are looking to add a Project Engineer who is looking to grow in their career.

Daily Task:
-Assist with local permitting procurement
-Review subcontractor agreements
-Perform weekly updates, based on periodic field walks and communicate potential concerns with internal team.
-Manage RFI's and submittal approvals.
-Ensure all safety measures, procedures are met
-Assist with submission of records at the end of projects

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in any of the following construction management, Construction Science, or other related field
-Minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience in the construction industry.
-Proficient in any of the following, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista
