Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cameo/SysML Systems Engineer to support our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and proficiency with Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML. This role involves designing, developing, and managing complex systems models to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain system models using Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
• Perform system analysis and design, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Create and manage documentation for system models, including diagrams and specifications.
• Conduct model reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the integration of MBSE practices into the engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system models.
• Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in MBSE and SysML.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in systems engineering and MBSE.
• Proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML.
• Strong understanding of system modeling techniques and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and engineering principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP).
• Experience with other MBSE tools (e.g., Magic Draw, Rhapsody, Cameo).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
