LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, LPN - Home Health Visits PRN/Per Diem position available covering Rockledge and surrounding area of Brevard County!

We are looking for qualified LPNs to provide the highest quality of care for our home health patients in a professional and compassionate manner. You will use assessment tools to manage the medical needs of a patient and identify other disciplines needed to maximize the patients outcome. You will be a patient advocate, and will be in communication with the primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and assigned Registered Nurse, as the patients condition requires. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
• 1 year nursing experience required, IV certification preferred
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
