Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Receivable – generate invoices, receiving and recording checks and automatic payments
• Assist with Accounts Payable – receiving, paying, and recording subconsultant and vendor bills
• Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
• Process expense reports
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
• Ability to learn and input information into Deltek Vision
• Exhibit good communication skills - must professionally relate to Clients, Vendors, Principals and Internal Customers.

Requirements

• High School diploma required – college preferred
• Experience processing payroll through ADP
• Must have a minimum of 1 - 3 years proven accounting experience, preferably as a Payroll Clerk or Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk
• Experience with detailed billing 
• Excellent processing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability and experience working as a member of a team
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and have a willingness to embrace and work with new technologies
