RDA is looking to hire a full-time Right of Way Technician; prior experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare supporting documentation for offer packages.

* Maintain and update various databases.

* Provide QA/QC check of prepared documents for various projects.

* Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, scanning documents, and knowledge of general office equipment.

* Knowledge of Mail Merge or willingness to learn.

* Prepare mailing labels (UPS.com and Stamps.com).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Knowledge of real estate terminology desired.

* Plan/Plat reading experience desired.

* VDOT RUMS experience is a plus.

* Legal, title research, and/or real estate background desired.

* Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

* Possess strong oral and written communication skills.

* Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

* Must be a proficient typist and possess basic math aptitude.

* Must have a High School Diploma.
