We’re seeking a Transportation BD Specialist to work as a liaison between our Transportation Market Sector and our Marketing Department. If you're experienced in project pursuits, proposal & presentation management, and capture planning, with a background in the A/E/C industry - we'd love to hear from you! Transportation BD Specialist. As a liaison between the Transportation Market Sector and the Marketing Department, you will be expected to provide quality control and oversight for active marketing initiatives as well as active and potential project pursuits. You will also provide insight into the efforts and growth of competitors and potential partners.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Lead project research and tracking in Orlando for the Transportation Market Sector
Migrate all transportation potential leads and current pursuits to Deltek Vision or other applicable CRM for tracking and forecasting
Research and track the performance of designers across the Southeastern US to better understand our competition and potential partners
Maintain library of past transportation selections and their associated documents for future project research
Work with Project Managers to prepare and present go/no gos to the Transportation Leadership Team
Lead the development of project-specific capture plans in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager for projects given a go decision ahead of advertisement
Provide oversight and quality control for all transportation LOIs/RFQs/Technical Proposals produced by the marketing department
Act as a liaison between marketing and technical staff for interview and presentation preparation for all shortlisted pursuits
Provide oversight and quality control for all transportation-related brochures produced by the marketing department
Provide oversight and quality control for all transportation project award submissions produced by the marketing department
Provide oversight and quality control for all transportation resume and project experience updates
Update and maintain the Transportation Market Sector business plan
What you'll need
Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 5 years in the A/E/C industry required, with 10 years of proposal & presentation management, business development, and capture planning preferred.
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, professionals, and your team members.
Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.
