Currently we are seeking a “HR Technology Program Manager” for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.

THE ROLE:

Client is looking for an experienced HR Technology Consultant and project manager to support HRIS enhancements and projects.

This role will manage and drive execution of the HR Technology enhancements as it relates to SAP SuccessFactors and automation of HR document templates via a SAP Successfactors integrated tool.

As part of a core HR Technology team, you will interact with senior leaders, managers, teams, and colleagues across HR and Client to present and update on key deliverables, building of HR document template, and updates to project plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as key point of contact b/w HR and 3rd party vendor in design, building, and project managing efforts related to building HR document templates (i.e. offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents) via an SAP SuccessFactors tool. Offer recommendations for enhancements as part of lessons learned.

• Build HR project plans and business readiness checklists to support document generation projects in partnership with HR centers of excellence and HR Business Partner roles.

• Facilitate the design and build of SAP SuccessFactors enhancements as it relates to Core HR and HR document templates. Project manage HR technology efforts with HR COE and HRBP Workstream owners and further streamline Client HR tools, processes and policies.

• Report out on progress of Document Generation projects to HR Leadership

THE PERSON:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has M&A experience who can build and drive project plans. A strong collaborator and creative thinker who is a problem solver and self-starter and can connect the dots at a strategy, program and project level. The successful candidate is a team player who can build networks quickly and adapt easily as priorities change.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR System Tools

• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models, role based permissions, and system configuration of Employee Central module

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with project management efforts related to HR systems and tools

• An excellent collaborator with strong communication skills.

• Strong change management skills, with experience rolling out large scale project and programs globally.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, high attention to detail with a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.

• Strong project management skills, self-starter, detail-orientated problem solver who can prioritize well and bring structure to complex and ambiguous situations.

• Ability to work effectively in a global company within a multi-cultural, cross-functional, and matrixed team.

• Experience managing projects with a cross functional, global team.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Under-graduate degree preferred, master’s degree an advantage.
