Currently we are seeking a “Programmer Analyst 3 - PowerBuilder Developer” for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.
Title: Programmer Analyst 3 - PowerBuilder DeveloperLocation: Lansing , MIDuration: 12 Months contract with possible extension.Posting Summary
Note: Remote or On-site: Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule).
Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule which is onsite 2 days a week (Wednesdays are mandatory to be onsite. The other onsite day can be flexible

- Looking for a PowerBuilder Developer and IT Analyst with a strong background
- specialized in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) and possess advanced skills in T-SQL
- query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server databases. Day to day activities include data management,
- source control (TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT), unit testing, documentation, testing, production support,
- change management, software development and data integrity.
- Some college preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering,
- or related IT discipline
- PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)
- Work in a hybrid office
- Willingness to learn
- Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database - 10 years.
- T-SQL Query Writing - 10 Years.
- Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing - 10 Years.
- PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) - 5 Years.
- Experience working with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps, or GIT. - 5 Years.
