Job DescriptionTrimat Materials Testing is seeking a full-time Entry Level - Construction Materials Field Testing Technician to conduct construction-related testing and reporting. This position will be responsible for in-the-field testing of concrete, soils, and other construction materials.

Responsibilities
- Submit daily detailed field reports to document testing, inspections and field observations
- Communicate daily with project managers/supervisors, site contractors, and other technicians
- Track all equipment and supplies
- Responsible for proper maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and work areas
- Perform other duties or functions as assigned or requested
- Training
- Daily adherence to safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
- Travel (when necessary)
- $500 Signing Bonus and Bonus Pay
- Compensation is dependent on experience/ certifications
- Hours will regularly be adjusted to meet construction schedules of clients and may include weekend rotations, night work, and early morning work
- A vehicle will be provided.
- Shifts: 8-hour, 10-hour,12- hour shifts, overtime, weekend availability
- No experience is necessary as training and the ability to gain certifications will be provided
- Have the ability to read, write, and use a computer effectively
- Must be a problem solver who can deal with a variety of variables at once
- Must be an independent worker who likes being outdoors and working with both your hands and your head
- Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable record
- Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver's license to fulfill travel requirements of this position
- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly with or without accommodations
