ACCOUNTING MANAGER – Be a part of this great team!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Produce accurate and timely financial reports
• Supervising A/R, billing and A/P team members
• Ensure revenue and expenses are properly recorded
• Timely filing of payroll, payroll taxes, and W-2s
• Responsible for the quarterly timely filing of sales and use tax returns
• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure accurate reporting of employee benefits
• Provide weekly cash flow reports
• Coordinate and track profit distributions
• Analyze complex financial data and provide insights
• Align accounting practices with the overall business strategy
• Attend executive committee meetings and owner meetings to present financial reports
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5 years’ progressive accounting experience
• 2 years’ of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong expertise in Excel
• Experience working with QuickBooks
• Experience working with Timeslips preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player

Target salary range $85,000 - $100,000 DOE. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental vision, life insurance, retirement, employee assistance program, short-term disability insurance and long-term disability insurance.
